Advantages: George Stevens Academy, filled with energy, provides challenging and wide courses so as to stir the creativity and encourage exerting the max potentials. The teacher-student rate is 1:9, and small class with 15 students each is provided, where teachers can understand the skills and demands of students, and students can get acquainted with, care and encourage each other. The school provides introduction, medium and advanced ESL courses and AP courses for international students with different English skills. Except academic courses, art show, independent study or practice plans can be arranged to exert the interests of students. Performance art courses include drama, dance, drama music, music theory, jazz band and so on. In the past 17 years, the quality music education has obtained high reputation, and the jazz band has won championships for ten times since 1989.
Teaching Facilities: There stand four main buildings (including 27 classrooms with Internet), more than 8000 kinds of study materials and leisure readings are available in the library (7 computers can access to Internet), there is a computer center with 30 portable computers, and students can use Blue-Hill in the library (with 39000 books) as well as ocean research data in MERI Center.

Dormitory: There are two dormitory buildings for international students, who can select single room or double room. The boarding houses, clean and comfortable, nearby the school, have perfect living facilities, and cable TV in living rooms. Teachers will stay with students in each lodging house.
