The UK's main High School qualification
GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) is nationally regarded as the main examination to complete the first stage of secondary or High School education. Students at our partner college Bellerbys take IGCSEs (International) which are recognised all over the world.
You'll study core subjects of English (5-10 hours per week) and Mathematics, plus a choice of up to four other subjects depending on your interests, ability and chosen academic or career path.
Personal teaching and monitoring
Younger students are given extra special care and attention to ensure that both their academic and welfare needs are taken care of. You’ll have a personal tutor who is available to discuss and deal with any issue – whether academic or personal. Your progress will be continually monitored and there will be daily homework assignments and regular testing.
Start at a time that suits you
Our intensive three-term GCSE course runs from September to June. Alternatively, you can join the four-term programme which runs from January to November. Both courses transfer directly on to either our A Level or University Entry courses.
