Programme Introduction
J-1, F-1 are the most traditional students exchange programmes in U.S. cultural exchange and learning programmes. The programmes provide high school learning opportunities in American for non-American students. It is because the U.S. government wants to ensure the exchange programmes have national coverage in order to achieve the actual purpose of cultural and educational exchanges, therefore each American high school is expecting exchange students to join. J-1 visa can be exempted from tuition fees of the programme, but J-1 exchange students participating in the programme are subject to follow the schools and regions arrangements by the exchange organisations.

F1 visa exchange programme is a cooperation programme by the United States Students Exchange Association and some private schools to recruit students which is the expansion of J1 visa. F1 visa provides more options and control for parents and students. The  programme has no age limit, no timeframe, just pass relevant exams, increase tuition fees to private schools, students can be arranged admission to outstanding school districts. These schools have strict ethos, high teaching quality, rather favourable tuition fees.  Participating in this programme, exchange students can enjoy all the preferential policies from the government, they can also choose areas and schools. It is quite distinctive from the perspective of management, the nature of the school and the convenience of academic sustainability. Therefore, it can meet the requirements of the students and parents as supplement of the international exchange programme.

U.S. Government supports the international exchange programmes, if students obtain J1 visa, they can get invitations for international cultural exchange issued by the U.S. State Department, which tuition fee is free.
The exchange of private schools (F1) is 30-40% of the official website for tuition fee and accommodation (If the official website of the tuition is USD15,000, through the exchange programme, the private school cost is only USD3,500). And exchange students in the private schools of the programme can study universities and work in the U.S. 
6.Visa 100% pass rate
Since these international exchange activities are supported by government support and exchange students are government-supported programme which has record at all embassies, so obtain visa is easier while the general study visa is relatively low.  Visa interview pass rate of TLI students (J class and F class) is 100%.
