1. If visa application is denied, the programme fee will be refunded after deducting booking fee of USD350;
2. If Form DS-2019 is issued before the termination submission, USD450 will be deducted:
3. If EastWest cannot find the appropriate placement for the participant beyond the agreed time frame, booking fee will be refunded;
4. If participant is found breaching the regulations of the programme, the participant will be disqualified.  All fees will not be refunded and the participant must leave China immediately.  The reasons for programme termination include but not limited to:
1. Participant does not follow the programme activities when he/ she arrives in China;
2. Participant cannot continue the programme;
3. Participant does not follow regulations covered by the insurance;
4. Participant accepts job offer other than the programme placement.

2. Counselling for application materials;
3. Provides internship host companies;
4. Salary / benefits negotiation;
5. Interview preparation
6. Form DS-2019;
7. Health Insurance;
8. Assistance in obtaining social security card;
9. Help throughout the project;
10. One-month temporary placement;

Programme Services Excluding:

1. Passport and visa fees;
2. Transportation (Return air tickets to/ from USA and transportation in USA);
3. Food and accommodation in USA;
4. Individual expenses during the internship;
