Accommodation
Homestay security: homestay families are carefully selected by the U.S. State Department, most of them have the foreign students reception experience. Family members are easy to get along with in friendly atmosphere. Parents have a high cultural quality and sense of responsibility, they take good care of student's diet and living in the United States.

YOUR SECOND HOME
Your homestay family will treat you as a member of the family, to celebrate birthday, prepare for the Halloween costumes, eat turkey on Thanksgiving, shout at the ball game; by the same token, the homestay families also hope you will fit in to their lives, spend more time with them, help clean up the table before dinner and walk the family dog. You will adapt to the American life gradually, and build up close relationship with homestay family.

THE LOCATION OF HOMESTAY FAMILIES
The homestay families for U.S. exchange students have different backgrounds, and their locations are all over the country, most in small towns, some are in cities.  No matter where they come from, they are willing to take care of exchange students, and share the American culture with the students.  You will gradually feel that they have become your second home, and one day you will find that the dreams you had last night were all in English!

HOMESTAY FAMILY IS WILLING TO HELP YOU AT THE HOME ENVIRONMENT
Your homestay family will be with you for the academic year, ready to provide you with assistance and care. The U.S. exchange programme is challenging, especially in the first few weeks when you need to adapt to the new environment. The care from the homestay family can definitely help you feel at home, and you can get encouragement and support, so that you can build up confidence and become more independent.
